If you live in...

***Pet owners must license by the time the pet is  five months of age or within 30 days of moving into an area or acquiring the pet.***

How do I license my pet?

  1. Open the application form
  2. Complete the information
  3. Print out the form
  4. Mail the form with appropriate vaccination, sterilization and microchip certificates along with license fee to the address indicated on the form. Proof of age for senior citizen licenses should also be included if appropriate.

SPECIAL LICENSING EVENT!  Haven't had time to license your animals?  Has your animal's license expired?  No problem!  We have a licensing and Rabies clinic coming up!  During this time, we will have a licensing specialist available to provide quick and convenient licensing!  Rabies Vaccinations and Microchips will be provided for only $15!  All late license fees will be waived during this event!
